Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing financial experience.
• Strong judgment, critical thinking and decision-making.

• Ability to grow an assigned book of business through proactive relationship management.
• Willingness to travel to other Banking Centers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies customers who may benefit from additional financial solutions.
• Builds strong relationships and grows an assigned book of business.
• Maintains and grows relationships through outreach, needs reviews, referrals, and follow-up.
• Meets or exceeds goals in relationship, retention, portfolio growth, and engagement.
• Operates at advanced level of relationship management and business development.
• Serves as a subject matter resource for banking products and digital solutions.
• Opens, closes, and services deposit products including IRAs.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies and security standards.
