Quantech Services Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Policy Analyst to support a government customer in Northern Virginia. The role leads a team, develops staff materials, and drafts policies within NGA governance on accounting, budgeting, and travel.

Requires active TS/SCI with CI poly and 10+ years in federal financial management. The position involves delivering briefings to NGA and oversight agencies, coordinating policy development, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting audit

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Experience developing policies, procedures, and business processes for financial management.
• Ability to prepare and deliver briefings to senior leadership and oversight agencies.
• Experience coordinating policy development within governance frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Provide support in development of policies, procedures, and financial management improvements.
• Lead a team of contract support staff and develop staff packages.
• Prepare and deliver briefings to NGA, FM, and oversight leadership as needed.
• Vets and ensures compliance of policies with laws and regulations (accounting, budgeting, fiscal law, travel).
• Advise NGA components on fiscal matters to ensure compliance with minimal mission impact.
