Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in budget/finance/resource management within IC or DoD.
• Knowledge of DoD or IC budget execution processes including funds control, fund transfers, travel orders, and credit card purchases.
• Understanding of PPBE processes including IPBS/CBJB, IPBR/CJB, and program and budget documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Financial Management Resource Office (FMR).
• Assists the government with financial management operations and budget analysis.
• Supports development and preparation of agency-level budget Congressional roll‑out briefing materials and responses.
• Develops and presents PowerPoint/white paper briefings for senior leadership on KC Financial Management matters.
• Analyzes and interprets complex budget and execution data; prepares reports and briefings.
• Supports monitoring and coordinating program resource allocations and agency-wide program development.
