Job summary

Quantech Services, Inc. seeks a Financial Management Specialist / Financial Systems Analyst to support the NGA FM Directorate. The role focuses on improving processing, analysis, and data management across GEO-F, ORBIT, GEAR, CRS, and IPP systems, aligning with PPBE cycles and governance.

The candidate develops functional requirements, validates data migrations, and supports system upgrades and end-user training, working with government representatives in a fast-paced federal environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8 years of total experience in federal financial processes and system solutions.
• 2+ years in NGA Core Financial Systems or related tools (ORBIT, GEO-F, IBM Cognos, Momentum).
• 2+ years in financial software lifecycle activities (requirements, CM, testing, user training).

Responsibilities

• Supports NGA FM Directorate and FMS ASP program requirements.
• Assists government with financial management operations and system support.
• Monitors and coordinates program resource allocations.
• Supports government at technical exchange and program meetings.
• Supports NGA financial system applications (GEO-F, ORBIT, GEAR, CRS, IPP) and future enhancements.
• Develops and validates functional requirements and business process improvements.
• Develops schedules, roadmaps, and governance materials.
• Coordinates MM/PPBE-related activities and end-user training materials.
• Participates in system security documentation and audit/configuration activities.
