Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required; CPA/Master’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting practices is essential.
• Experience with audits and audit support activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Consolidate financial statements for Bryan Health System entities and relevant joint ventures.
• Assist auditors during annual financial statement audits and other audits as needed.
• Lead budgeting processes and provide pro forma analyses and productivity reporting.
• Serve as ERP system administrator and oversee budgeting/reporting tools.
• Develop benchmarks and perform analytics to explain account fluctuations.
• Coordinate budget preparation and training for leadership.
