Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a seasoned finance professional to prepare financial statements, run monthly close processes, and advise senior management on financial and operational issues.

You will lead variance analyses, support revenue optimization, and develop reporting from multiple data sources to drive strategic decisions across the organization. This role requires strong leadership, autonomous work on strategic plans, and superb communication with executives.

Qualifications

• Ability to partner with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, examine, and advise senior management on financial variance reports.
• Prepare and manage month-end close processes and related journal entries.
• Create and educate staff on advanced InVision reports for internal studies.
• Develop financial studies for external users and recommend performance improvements.
• Develop finance and operational reporting programs from multiple databases.
