Financial Integrators seeks a strategic Financial Planning and Advanced Planning Lead to architect and deliver scalable planning for complex business-owner clients. You will guide cross-functional collaboration among tax, legal, and investment teams and own technology-enabled planning delivery.

You will lead a skilled team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure a superior client experience through rigorous planning standards and advanced tools such as Money Guide Pro and eMoney.

Qualifications

• CFP® certification required.
• Leadership experience with cross-functional teams in financial services.
• Strong ability to translate complex tax, legal, and wealth concepts for clients.

• Own integration and delivery of advanced planning for complex business-owner clients.
