echo is seeking a Financial Planning Manager to lead a growing planning group within a client-focused wealth management environment. You will blend advanced planning expertise with people leadership to drive strategic initiatives and elevate the planning experience for clients.

You will mentor a team, shape department processes, partner with firm leadership on priorities, and develop rising planners while ensuring high-quality deliverables and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or related financial services field.
• Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or leading team members.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Experience with financial planning, CRM, reporting, and wealth management technology platforms.
