Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

As a Sr. Financial Planner at Facet, you will work directly with members as their financial life coach and guide, motivating them to improve their lives by inspiring and empowering them to reach their financial goals, both big and small. You will be responsible for providing sound, comprehensive financial advice and guidance, helping members make sense of their financial lives in actionable ways with the help of technology.

• Can guide members to take action on unbiased recommendations that are in their best interest
• Are process-oriented, organized, highly adaptable, and can handle some uncertainty
• Are comfortable working with a large volume of members using in-house tools
• Embrace technology and thrive in a remote environment

Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with members remotely by providing a consistent, high-quality experience
• Deliver high-value service via 4-5 virtual meetings per day to help members achieve their goals as a financial life coach
• Drive members to take action on recommendations, emphasizing the importance of investments, insurance, and estate planning aligned with their goals
• Respond efficiently and promptly to member inquiries and requests
• Learn, adopt, and implement new skills, processes, and technology quickly
• Partner with team members on operational tasks, including reviewing portfolios, recommending investment solutions, and coordinating withdrawal and tax strategies
• Manage your calendar, time, and tasks effectively to ensure efficiency
