- Serve as the strategic lead for business-owning families and multi-generational clients
- Anticipate needs, challenge assumptions, and provide direct counsel with clarity and confidence
- Engineer holistic solutions – work across tax, legal, and investment solutions as an all-in-one advisor connecting the dots with industry experts

Who You Are
- A Builder, Not a Babysitter: You’ve spent 10+ years in financial, wealth, and tax strategy—and you’re still hungry to learn, lead, and level up
- Credentialed and Competent: CFP, CPA, CEPA, JD/LLM, CFA, or something equally real—we don’t care about alphabet soup unless it comes with impact
- Strategically Wired: You've advised founders, managed complexity, and made sense of equity comp, trust law, and exit timing in one conversation
- Calm in Chaos: You own your outcomes, thrive under pressure, and know how to turn ambiguity into execution
