Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior Financial Operations Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in a manufacturing setting. You will own Power BI reporting and work closely with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions.

The role offers hybrid work with in-office collaboration, direct exposure to Operations and Finance leadership, and opportunities to shape KPI development and profitability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial analysis, operations analytics, or related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Power BI experience with dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization.
• ERP experience required, with SAP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance analysis activities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Analyze manufacturing performance, capital investments, and operational initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with leadership teams to establish KPIs and reporting frameworks that support business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Present financial insights, variance analyses, trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to executive leadership.
