Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CMA, or CPA designation is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance experience.
• Demonstrated success developing financial reporting and analytical tools.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders.
• Advanced Power BI expertise is required.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and data reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, DAX, or BI tools is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results, identify trends, variances, and drivers; communicate findings to management.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting for multiple stakeholders.
• Drive automated, accurate reporting; reduce manual spreadsheet work.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; build financial models.
• Support month-end close with reporting, analysis, and presentations.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, and cross-functional leaders to improve data integrity.
• Standardize reporting processes and train end users on tools.
