Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a senior Financial Manager to support the Weapons Superiority Division FMS at Robins AFB, GA. This role handles planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting across multiple DoD funding streams and systems.

Experience with PPBE, EVM, and DoD financial portals is highly valued, along with the ability to analyze budgets and prepare compliant documentation for program reviews and audits.

Qualifications

• Secret security clearance required.
• Master's degree in a related field with substantial experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with significant experience.
• Associate's degree with extended professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and deliver financial documents across planning, budgeting, executing, and reporting.
• Forecast budgets, perform variance analysis, and support EVM analyses.
• Use automated systems such as MOCAS, IDECS, FM-Suite, CCaRS, CRIS and other DoD/OSD tools.
• Compile division financial material for metrics, internal control, and routine reporting.
• Prepare funding documents (PRs, MIPRs) and maintain audit trails.
• Coordinate with government leads and external organizations on financial matters.

Education

Master's degree in a related field

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Associate's degree with 15 years of experience

Seven (7) years of experience in the respective technical/professional disciplines being performed

Ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional disciplines being performed
