The position requires 16+ years in financial management (or 14+ with a Master’s), advanced Excel, and strong cross-functional collaboration. It emphasizes program finance, EACs, EVM, and compliance with FAR/DFARS/CAS.

Qualifications

• Degree + 16+ years progressive experience in Financial Management, or Master’s + 14+ years.
• Proven experience leading a finance/accounting team, including talent development and succession planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems; strong data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent financial judgment and end-to-end oversight for the Advanced Weapons organization.
• Lead budgeting, five-year plan, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure profitability and cash flow.
• Partner with Program Managers to deliver variance analysis and key driver insights.
• Support EACs and EVM reporting, pricing exercises, and business case development.
• Assist Manufacturing and Supply Chain with tracking and forecasting material costs.
• Maintain strong financial controls and documentation; ensure FAR/DFARS/CAS compliance.
• Serve as external audit interface for selected programs; travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
