Non-Profit agency seeking a full-time benefited position with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Degree in finance or accounting
  • Non-profit experience preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct financial operations, forecasting, reporting, and compliance with financial regulations
  • Lead financial planning, including development and execution of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
  • Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and presentations for board members, executives, and auditors
  • Supervise Sr. Staff accountant and assist in managing other finance team members, ensuring their development and performance
  • Monitor department and client budgets, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls
  • Provide financial expertise and insights to support strategic decision-making
