Job summary

ProCleared LLC in Springfield, VA seeks an experienced financial management lead for a major government program. You will oversee complex budgets, validate EVMS data, and present detailed financial analyses to senior government leadership.

Responsibilities include driving funding strategies, cost-benefit analyses, and affordability assessments while ensuring funding adequacy and timely resolutions of shortfalls. Requires TS/SCI and a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI clearance with at least 10 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree.
• Experience providing federal financial management support.
• Expert knowledge of PPBE process and EVM analysis (ANSI-748).
• Experience with the preparation of funding requisitions such as MIPRs and Air Force 9s (AF9s).

Responsibilities

• Lead the contractor team in preparing and justifying complex budget submissions (POM/BES) and develop long-range funding strategies and what-if drills for the government.
• Provide expert oversight and analysis of the prime contractor’s EVMS, validate data, and present variance analysis and trend reports to the government.
• Develop and present expert financial information and recommendations on cost-benefit analyses, affordability, and financial implications of key decisions.
• Manage the program’s financial health for the government, identifying funding shortfalls and resolving budget issues.
