Job summary

Highline Aftermarket is seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights for executive decision-making. The role combines advanced financial modeling, Excel, BI dashboards, and clear storytelling to support FP&A, Commercial Operations, and other functions.

The ideal candidate excels at building sophisticated models, maintaining dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, and communicating performance insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, MIS or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial data analytics, FP&A, BI, or related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling, formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data manipulation, and model development.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations in BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills for complex problems.
• Experience supporting cross-functional business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models using Excel for forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and planning.
• Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions in BI tools.
• Create clear, visually compelling reporting for leadership on performance, drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Support Commercial Operations and BU leadership with reporting on sales performance, revenue, pricing, and activity.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation, process improvement, and scalable solutions.
