Job summary

Highline Aftermarket seeks a Senior Financial Data Analyst to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for senior leadership. You will build sophisticated models, maintain BI dashboards, and deliver executive-level reporting to guide decision-making.

The role partners with FP&A, Commercial Operations, and other functions to identify opportunities, monitor performance, and drive data-driven strategies across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis/FP&A/BI experience.
• Advanced Excel: modeling, formulas, lookups, pivots.
• Experience building dashboards in BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau/Alteryx).
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate data into executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for forecasting and planning.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and reports.
• ProvideClear, visual reporting on financial/operational performance and drivers.
• Support sales, pricing, productivity and other commercial metrics with insights.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation and standardized processes.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Commercial Ops and other functions.
