Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with SQL or other database query languages (Intermediate to Advanced)
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
• Hands on experience with generative AI to improve productivity, automate routine tasks, and enhance decision-making

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner with various internal and external stakeholders
• Provide data and analysis to support the unit's mission of providing the highest quality healthcare for our members
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and related packages
• Create and modify SQL scripts to deliver actionable insights from complex data
• Manage and validate data from multiple sources using SQL Server Management Studio
• Communicate processes and requirements to business and technical staff
• Identify trends and outliers using SQL to guide leadership decisions
• Prepare complex ad hoc reports using SQL and Excel
• Streamline processes to save costs and time
• Ensure accuracy of premiums with reconciliation reporting
• Represent the finance team in plan/provider meetings as needed
• Understand and articulate business drivers and market trends
• Assist project teams as a subject matter expert
