Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with SQL or financial planning and analysis
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in reading and writing SQL code and delivering analytics
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Must be located in US

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide data and analysis to support the unit's mission of high-quality healthcare for members
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and packages
• Write and modify SQL scripts to deliver insights from complex data
• Manage and validate data from multiple sources using SQL Server Management Studio
• Communicate processes and requirements to business and technical staff
• Identify trends and outliers in data to guide leadership decisions
• Prepare complex ad hoc reports using SQL and Excel
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency and identify cost savings
• Ensure accuracy of premiums via reconciliation reporting
• Represent finance in plan/provider meetings as needed
• Understand business drivers and market trends
• Assist project teams as a subject matter expert
