Job summary

Catalyx is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to lead financial reporting for U.S. entities and support the group’s reporting and control environment. The role collaborates with finance leadership, FP&A, and operations in a fast-paced, international setting.

The successful candidate will ensure timely month-end close, maintain strong balance sheet controls, and participate in audits, tax, and regulatory filings while contributing to finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting skills.
• Experience with U.S. tax compliance and multi-state operations.
• CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and year-to-date financial statements for U.S. entities.
• Maintain a strong control environment with reconciliations.
• Support month-end close processes and internal reporting deadlines.
• Assist with tax, regulatory filings, and audits.
• Partner with FP&A and operations to analyze variances and performance.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and system improvements.
