Job summary

Rescourcery Group is seeking an experienced Financial Controller for a fixed term of 14 months, starting immediately. The role is Cheshire based with a 3 days on site / 2 days WFH pattern.

You will take ownership of day‑to‑day finance operations and deliver timely, insightful financial information to senior stakeholders. • Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA or CIMA plus post‑qualification experience.
• Credibility to establish quickly in a new business.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly management accounts, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Oversee half‑year and year‑end reporting.
• Prepare statutory accounts under IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Coordinate external audit and lead budgeting process.
• Provide variance analysis and commercial insights to senior management.
• Strengthen financial controls and processes.
