Job summary

Page Executive in Greenwich, CT, is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to own day-to-day financial reporting and control within a regulated banking environment.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will lead month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory reporting, while partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Treasury, and Risk.

The role offers hybrid working and exposure to senior leadership as the organization expands its banking platform.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Approximately 6+ years of post-qualified experience in banking or regulated environments.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and financial controls.
• Experience preparing financial statements and supporting external audits.
• Advanced Excel and reporting system experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and substantiation of key accounts.
• Prepare annual audited financial statements and support statutory reporting.
• Support external audits and act as primary contact for auditors.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.
• Provide insights to improve reporting processes and drive efficiency.
