Triumph Geared Solutions, based in Park City, UT, seeks a Senior Financial Controller to lead accounting for the Gears Solutions Division at Park City and Macomb locations. You will partner with operations and executives, drive high-level accounting, and supervise the accounting team in all financial activities.

Responsibilities include month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, inventory costing, and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; master's preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• 8–10 years accounting experience; 3+ in manufacturing.
• Experience leading month-end close, reporting, budgeting and audits.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward goals.
• Direct the accounting department in A/P, A/R, inventory, month-end close, GL maintenance, budgeting.
• Lead long-range financial planning and capital budgeting processes.
• Oversee audits, tax compliance, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Prepare timely financial reports for leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with operations to build strategic long-term plans and annual operating plans.
• Provide analyses to support management decisions and business improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and ITAR-related requirements.
