Woodward is seeking an Aerospace Controller to lead accounting for the Aerospace segment. You will own financial statements, close processes, and internal controls, partnering with segment leadership to drive profitability and cash flow.

Based in Fort Collins, CO or Rockford, IL, you will ensure GAAP compliance, collaborate with operations finance, FP&A, tax, and auditors, and help optimize accounting processes across the segment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading accounting and financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.
• Strong close process management and internal controls.
• Ability to partner with operations finance and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead all accounting activities for the segment in compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial statements.
• Coordinate with corporate and government accounting for reporting and tax requirements.
• Provide insights on profitability, working capital, and operational metrics to leadership.
