You’ll join with an existing client book, complete Schwab’s Wealth Management University training, and progress through mentorship and hands-on development within your branch. A four-level track offers advancement as your book grows.

Qualifications

• A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
• Acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) will be required during tenure.
• Life & Health Insurance license will be required during tenure.
• CFP Certification is a plus and encouraged for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage in warm outreach to existing and prospective clients to grow the book of business.
• Discuss market conditions, investing principles, and long-term strategies with clients to inform decisions.
• Deliver outstanding investor experience and leverage Schwab specialists to meet client goals.
• Build trusted relationships through focused client communication and ongoing relationship management.
