Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Financial Consultant to serve a book of clients with holistic financial guidance, including investing, retirement readiness, and education goals. You’ll build relationships, provide investment planning, and advance through Schwab’s development programs while earning a competitive base salary with incentives.

Qualifications

Valid FINRA Series 7 license is required.
Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance must be obtained during tenure.
CFP certification is a plus and encouraged for professional development.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage in warm outreach to existing and prospective clients to grow the book of business.
Maintain regular sales activity and strengthen client relationships.
Articulate market conditions and sound investing principles to clients.
Leverage Schwab specialists and guidelines to help clients achieve goals.
