You will train through Wealth Management University, then expand your practice with mentorship and branch support, advancing along a four-level consultant track while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 license required or active
• Obtaining Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance during tenure

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage existing and prospective clients through warm outreach and consistent sales activity.
• Build trust through focused client communication and collaboration with Schwab specialists to align investment strategies.
• Apply comprehensive financial planning across retirement, education, banking and lending, and insurance needs.
