Job summary

Per Scholas in New York is seeking a Financial Coach to support learners and alumni on achieving financial stability. You will provide one-on-one coaching, lead workshops, and guide action plans to overcome training barriers and pursue employment opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of related experience, plus an active AFC certification. You’ll document outcomes in Salesforce and work hybrid with periodic onsite work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Active Financial Coaching certification (AFC or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Financial Coaching to Learners and Alumni, focusing on goals and long-term wellness.
• Develop and facilitate financial coaching content and workshops.
• Build relationships with community organizations for referrals and support.
• Document coaching sessions and outcomes in Salesforce; track progress and success stories.
• Collaborate with Learner Support Team to ensure integrated client interventions.
