Job summary

Responsibilities include handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers, new accounts, and firm-wide standards, while coaching others, managing risks, and referring clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, and Treasury

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software.
• Knowledge of federal banking regulations and compliance.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support achievement of the three-ring standard with timely phone responses.
• Assist clients with banking transactions and office capture duties.
• Open new accounts, verify credentials, and collect required documentation.
• Refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc., as appropriate.
• Provide operational support to Office Leader and assist team members as needed.
• Protect firm policy, regulatory compliance, and manage risk; monitor reports for operational excellence.
