Job summary

Synovus Financial Corp seeks a seasoned Financial Advisor to manage client portfolios and drive new business through proactive prospecting. You will act as the primary advisor for a client base including business entities, owners, and individuals aligned to Pinnacle’s market segmentation.

Role demands deep knowledge of loan products, credit policies, and depository services while cross-selling treasury management and investments. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in finance or business-related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in banking/financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or related software.
• Knowledge of federal and state banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing Firm clients and develop new business through aggressive solicitation of identified qualified prospects.
• Provide a full array of loan products and cross-sell appropriate financial services.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge of loan and depository products for small business and affluent individuals.
