Synovus is seeking a Financial Specialist - Floating to serve clients as a single touch point across Pinnacle offices. The position involves handling banking transactions, new account openings, and supporting office operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or related software.
• Knowledge of federal banking regulations and compliance.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Effective analytical and mathematical reasoning; detail-oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects in person and over the telephone, resolving inquiries and issues.
• Open new accounts and process paperwork, verify credentials, and obtain supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and risk controls.
• Refer clients to other specialties such as Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management as appropriate.
• Provide operational support to Office Leader and assist with daily tasks.
