The role emphasizes risk management, budget oversight, and cross-training resources to help clients reach their financial goals and long-term planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of branch management experience leading, coaching and developing direct reports.
• 3+ years of client prospecting and business development, identifying growth opportunities.
• Strong track record in community involvement, client engagement and local market outreach.

Responsabilités

• Ensures centers comply with banking laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to reduce risk exposure.
• Coaches and holds the team accountable for sales, performance goals, and operational compliance.
• Resolves customer and employee issues to meet center objectives.
• Implements operational procedures per internal policies and directives.
• Prioritizes, inspects, and delegates teamwork to deliver results.
• Partners with stakeholders and cross-lines of business to deliver a customer-centric experience.
• Manages expenses and budgets aligned with objectives and makes sound financial decisions.
• Provides financial issue expertise to help others develop revenue and expense budgets.
• Identifies obstacles and improves processes to refine procedures and practices for exceptional service.
• Represents the bank in local community activities and boards.
