Job summary

ProCleared LLC seeks a senior financial management lead to oversee complex program budgets and EVMS analysis for government leadership in Springfield, VA. You will guide budget submissions, long-range funding strategies, and what-if scenarios while ensuring compliance with PPBE and ANSI-748 standards.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with 10+ years of federal financial management experience, plus strong expertise in EVM, MIPRs, and AF9s.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Federal financial management experience.
• Expert knowledge of the PPBE process and EVM (ANSI-748).
• Experience preparing funding requisitions (MIPRs and AF9s).

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor team in preparing and justifying complex budget submissions (POM/BES).
• Provide oversight and analysis of EVMS and present variance reports to government.
• Develop and present financial information and recommendations on cost-benefit and affordability.
• Manage program financial health and resolve funding shortfalls for the government.
