Job summary

ProCleared LLC seeks a senior analyst to lead financial management activities for government programs. You will analyze budgets, justify resource allocations to stakeholders, and defend program health.

You will develop budget briefings and respond to inquiries from ODNI, OSD, OMB, and Congress. The role requires extensive MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, a Master’s degree, and 10+ years of relevant experience with TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal program budget analysis and documentation packages.
• Justify and defend programs and budgets to oversight bodies.
• Prepare budget testimony and briefing materials for ODNI/OSD/OMB/Congress.
• Perform complex financial data analysis and generate reports using automated tools.
• Provide expert support for fiscal execution spend plans and funding shortfalls.
