Responsibilities

Build advanced service line analyses applying central costing outputs.
Develop driver-based models (volume, throughput, staffing) and scenario analyses.
Create/maintain dashboards for local leaders; ensure KPI alignment with central standards.
Lead investigations into variances and reconcile data to finance results.
Support business cases and post-implementation reviews with measurable outcomes.
Provide peer review and coaching for Analyst II/I deliverables.
Develop management and forecasting reports for entity initiatives.
Manage SAP reports and document reporting processes.
