Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Electronic Health Record systems analysis, workflow process analysis, data warehouse support analytics, and/or application systems with record of tangible accomplishment in applying these skills in the health care environment.
• Computer skills including proficient knowledge of full Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong project management skills.

• Exercises good judgement and sound decision making in researching critical issues and generating innovative solutions for efficient workflow and deliverables execution.
• Leads as project manager with assigned project management activities including prioritizing, assigning, and reviewing deliverables for the team
• Provides leadership for implementation of new and upgraded systems/releases or new/revised operational procedures
• Trains other employees in the use of support systems and reporting tools
• Identifies operational improvement opportunities and assists with implementing solutions
• Enhances professional growth to remain current on market trends, emerging analytic solutions, and advances in informatics
• Performs other duties as assigned
