Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and rolling forecasts; work with department managers.
• Prepare monthly variance analyses and performance reviews.
• Contribute to business cases and capital requests with local inputs.
• Develop local management reports and KPIs aligned with central definitions.
• Support special projects with modeling and scenario analyses.
