Job summary

Humana Inc is seeking a Senior Financial Analytics Professional for Home Delivery Logistics to transform complex operational and financial data into actionable insights. You will partner across the business to analyze trends, model data, and guide strategic decisions that impact delivery performance.

The role requires strong Excel modeling, SQL, and communication skills, with on-site weekly work at AZ or OH locations as part of a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or substantial relevant domain experience.
• Experience compiling, modeling, analyzing data to identify, explain influence variances and trends.
• Experience working with moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Must be located within reasonable driving distance to either West Chester, OH or Phoenix, AZ pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Extract raw data from databases and summarize that data
• Provide informative and data to influence the department's strategy
• Create and inform data models for multiple ad-hoc analysis to drive decision-making
• Oversee various KPI reports like Total Cost of Delivery and shares information on emerging trends
• Responsible for postage modeling, analysis and explanation to variances to forecasts
• Manage invoicing for HDL vendors
