Humana Inc. is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, value management, and investment evaluation across a complex portfolio. You will partner with business, technology, finance, and operations to quantify value and monitor benefits realization.

Remote role with some travel to Humana offices as needed. 40-hour weeks; strong Excel/PowerPoint and stellar communication required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 7+ years in healthcare, finance, ops, strategy, or portfolio mgmt.
Experience developing business cases and evaluating investments.
Strong communication of financial and operational metrics to executives.

Responsibilities

Lead operational budget management, forecasting, invoicing, and financial planning.
Develop and maintain portfolio-level financial reporting and scorecards.
Partner with leaders to develop business cases and investment recommendations.
Identify, quantify, and track expected value of strategic initiatives.
Establish processes for value realization measurement and reporting.
Support portfolio governance including prioritization and funding reviews.
Analyze performance trends and recommend improvements.
Communicate portfolio performance and realized value to senior leadership.
