Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for US Distribution within the MedTech DePuy Synthes organization. You will partner with distribution, warehousing and transportation teams to guide budgeting, forecasting and capital decisions, with a focus on gross profit and cost optimization.

The role is based in the US across DePuy Synthes offices (West Chester PA, Raynham MA, Raritan NJ, Warsaw IN, Palm Beach Gardens FL) with approx.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 3+ years of finance business experience with strong technical finance capabilities.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Track financial performance and advise Distribution partners.
• Support budget management, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly/annual closes, consolidation, and reporting.
