The ideal candidate has Workday reporting experience, strong FP&A skills, and the ability to build models, review monthly results, and support budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Workday, Excel, Power BI, and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business discipline.
• 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A.
• Ability to cleanse, organize and analyze large datasets to find trends or issues.
• Organized with strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Proactively review Workday reports, analyze spend, verify invoices and JEs.
• Track monthly, quarterly and annual spend by vendor and spend type.
• Maintain and enhance cost center tracking framework.
• Prepare financial presentations to Technology Leadership.
• Collaborate with divisional finance analysts on actuals and plans.
• Drive and expand Enterprise Technology Solutions reporting and budgeting.
• Consolidate and report monthly financial results and drivers of performance.

This individual will be a critical member of the Technology Finance team, collaborating closely with our Technology leaders to provide critical analysis and insight that helps drive business decisions. The individual in this role is expected to have a high level of Workday financial reporting experience, strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes, reviewing monthly actual spending, developing planning, and reporting models and performing research and analysis.
