Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst and Team Lead to support the Critical Technologies portfolio within the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)) Resources Directorate. This role focuses on all phases of the Department of War (DoW) Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process, meeting all the OSW mandated timelines for PPBE documentation.

The position is 100% on-site in Alexandria, VA.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoW PPBE processes and DAI.
• Active SECRET clearance; TS/SCI may be required.
• Experience supporting senior financial management and budget execution.
• Ability to lead a diverse team to high-performance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and mentor the daily tasks of team members, including subcontractors.
• Provide guidance and assistance to the government lead and other personnel.
• Develop Program Objectives Memorandum (POM) and Budget Estimate Submission for R&E.
• Prepare analysis of program effectiveness and budgetary trends.
• Prepare documents and briefings for DoW leadership review.
