Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Financial Analyst SME and Team Lead to support the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office portfolio within the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)) Resources Directorate. The role requires extensive DoW/Service Component PPBE experience and expertise with the DAI system.

100% on-site in Alexandria, VA, leading a team of senior financial analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 15+ years of related experience or Master's with 13+ years experience.
• Active SECRET clearance; TS/SCI preferred; ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Direct experience utilizing DAI and supporting senior DoW leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and mentor the daily tasks of team members, including subcontractors.
• Provide expert guidance to the government lead and other personnel within the Directorate.
• Assist in developing deliverables such as the POM, Budget Estimate Submission for R&E, and monthly reports.
