TreeHouse Foods is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst - Commercialization in Oak Brook, IL for a hybrid role. You will partner with commercial teams to develop reports, manage processes, and perform complex analyses to track performance against strategic goals.

The role requires a finance or accounting background with 3–7 years of FP&A experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly across functions.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial and business partners on data structures and reporting logic.
• Support FP&A activities for reporting and master data management.
• Develop and analyze reports showing trends and KPIs for business units, categories, and customers.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and risks and report them clearly.
• Assist in dashboard development and ERP reporting refresh to enable cross‑unit comparability.

Job Description:

About the Role: This Sr Financial Analyst - Commercialization supports and serves as a key finance partner for the business and cross-functional leaders. This role is responsible for report development, process management, complex analysis, tracking performance against strategic goals, and contributing to continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting.

You\'ll add value to this role through the following, but not limited to:

• Collaborate with commercial and business partners on data structures, reporting logic, and sales pipeline tracking workflows.
• Support financial planning and analysis activities for reporting and master data management while maintaining data integrity and establishing appropriate controls.
• Develop, enhance, and analyze reporting that provides trends and insights into key performance metrics for Business Units, categories, and key customers.
• Partner with Business Unit and Commercial stakeholders to identify, track, and report on business opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with the Commercial, Business Unit, and Category Finance team to identify opportunities to streamline reporting, enhance analytical capabilities, and improve the effectiveness of metrics and insights supporting overall business performance.
• Support consistent, baseline financial reporting across business units to enable comparability across TreeHouse including dashboard development and ERP reporting refresh.

• This is a full-time hybrid role based in Oak Brook, Illinois.
• The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $78,700.00 - $118,100.00 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee\'s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.

You\'ll fit right in if you have:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
• Three to seven years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles, preferably within a CPG or manufacturing environment
• Advanced financial and analytical foundation
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance audiences
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels
• High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial or ERP systems
