Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to join our San Diego team. The role supports PMB, ETC and EAC analyses, cost controls, and long-range planning for major programs.

A hybrid on-site/remote work pattern in San Diego is available, with opportunities to influence program financials and government compliance. The position requires strong financial analysis, experience with OP and LRSP processes, and the ability to obtain/maintain U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s with related financial experience.
• Experience with annual operating plan and long-range strategic planning processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Performs PMB monitoring and analyzes ETC, EAC, variances, MR and FR; prepares status reports.
• Performs EAC assessments of subcontracts and procurement material.
• Prepares reports to ensure contracts align with guidelines and parameters.
• Participates in cost and schedule control through CSCS.
• Performs quarterly profitability assessments.
• Supports Monthly/Quarterly Financial Reporting and Planning processes.
