The ideal candidate will have a background in FP&A, strong analytical skills, and be bilingual in English and Japanese. In this role, you'll work on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while collaborating with accounting and operations teams. Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3+ years of FP&A or management accounting experience in a manufacturing company.
• Proficient in English and Japanese with strong communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Analyze manufacturing cost structures and production economics.
• Support monthly close activities with local accounting.
