Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Atlanta seeks an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will partner with leaders to deliver insights that drive growth and performance while presenting analyses clearly and concisely.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with SQL/NetSuite.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 1 year of work experience (investment banking, private equity, corporate finance preferred).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-range planning.
Prepare and deliver monthly financial analyses for management with insights into performance.
Analyze financial and KPI performance vs. budget and forecast to identify drivers and trends.
Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations and other teams for data integrity in reporting.
Assist with materials for management, board meetings and investors as needed.
Improve and streamline financial processes and forecasting methodologies to boost efficiency and scalability.
Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
