The ideal candidate will develop detailed financial models, deliver monthly performance analyses, and work with Accounting and Operations to maintain data integrity in financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling and forecasting abilities with high attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills including Index/Match, Sumproduct, Indirect, Power Query and data connections.
• Able to translate complex financial data into clear business insights, with strong communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Deliver monthly analyses for management with insights into performance.
• Analyze KPI trends versus budget and forecast and identify key drivers.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This position partners closely with leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, reporting and insights that drive performance and long-term growth. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial analyses in a concise and easily comprehensible manner

Essential Functions

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-range planning
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly financial analyses for management that provide insights into the company’s performance
• Analyze financial and KPI performance versus budget and forecast and identify key drivers and trends
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations and other teams to ensure data integrity and consistency in financial reporting
• Assist with preparation of materials for management, board meetings and investors as needed
• Improve and streamline financial processes, reporting tools and forecasting methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Pay Range

Required Skills & Abilities

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Index, Match, Sumproduct and Indirect functions as well as Power Query and relational databases)
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), SQL, NetSuite, or related financial systems
• Highly motivated and ability to work independently
• Healthcare experience preferred but not a requirement

Required Credentials

• Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or Accounting degree preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of work experience (investment banking, private equity, corporate finance preferred)
