Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience (investment banking, private equity, corporate finance preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-range planning.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial analyses for management with insights into performance.
• Analyze financial and KPI performance vs. budget and forecast to identify drivers and trends.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations and other teams for data integrity in reporting.
• Assist with materials for management, board meetings and investors as needed.
• Improve and streamline financial processes and forecasting methodologies to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This position partners closely with leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, reporting and insights that drive performance and long-term growth. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial analyses in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.

Essential Functions

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-range planning
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly financial analyses for management that provide insights into the company’s performance
• Analyze financial and KPI performance versus budget and forecast and identify key drivers and trends
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations and other teams to ensure data integrity and consistency in financial reporting
• Assist with preparation of materials for management, board meetings and investors as needed
• Improve and streamline financial processes, reporting tools and forecasting methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Abilities

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Index, Match, Sumproduct and Indirect functions as well as Power Query and relational databases)
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), SQL, NetSuite, or related financial systems
• Highly motivated and ability to work independently
• Healthcare experience preferred but not a requirement
